Avanade is seeking a Global Microsoft Program Specialist - Consultant to lead onboarding of Microsoft programs, track funding claims, and serve as the subject matter expert across Microsoft programs. You will influence global teams, drive results, and accelerate transformation within the Avanade-Microsoft partnership.

The role emphasizes responding to executive-level inquiries, maintaining a 24-hour response timeline, and collaborating with sales and alliance teams to optimize program outcomes.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is looking to make a large impact by collaborating well with others. Global Microsoft Program Specialist - Consultant will be fully dedicated, and accountable Operations Support Resource focused on elevating our responsiveness, support, and accountability in this area. You will monitor, respond and orchestrate to all inbound emails and requests coming to [e-mail] which is our internal communication portal for executive level questions, requests and issues.

This is a highly visible role and you will ensure timely communication focused on adhering to a 24-hour timeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations roles with proven success managing a large volume of activities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new Microsoft programs, managing and tracking programmatic funding claims, and be the subject matter expert on all things Microsoft programs. You’ll lead with influence across the globe to consistently deliver results and impact for our relationship with Microsoft, and you’ll be a core member of the Global alliance team accelerating the next phase of transformation of the Avanade Microsoft Partnership demonstrating your acumen across:

Responsabilities

• Help facilitate the Microsoft governance process, coordination, Legal compliance actions
• Facilitate rhythm of the business calls with Microsoft related to Partner center
• Manage Microsoft Investment, Influence and Incentive programs
• Work with the sales team to support sales efforts by leveraging various Microsoft programs, providing thought leadership on incentive structure, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients and Microsoft
• Work with client representatives and stakeholders to schedule, coordinate and navigate escalations with Microsoft as needed
• Assist the Alliances organization in understanding process bottlenecks and recommend process refinement to improve and document processes
• Support with all aspects of Avanade Alliances Operations
