GDM is seeking a qualified security professional to advance Application Security practices across development teams and drive secure coding throughout the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineers across countries to enable secure, scalable tech solutions, strengthen vulnerability management, and support AI-driven initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Cybersecurity with emphasis on Application Security and secure SDLC.
• Experience with secure development practices and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies and related tools.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the evolution of Application Security practices across the software lifecycle.
• Promote DevSecOps principles and secure coding across technology teams.
• Strengthen vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Act as security advisor to engineers, architects and stakeholders.
• Support secure innovation including AI-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across countries to mature Cyber Security capabilities.

What will your routine look like working with us?

• Driving the evolution of Application Security practices and helping Development teams build secure solutions from the earliest stages of the software lifecycle.
• Influencing the adoption of DevSecOps principles, secure coding practices, and modern security tooling across technology teams.
• Strengthening vulnerability management and remediation processes, helping the organization make informed, risk-based security decisions.
• Acting as a trusted security advisor, collaborating with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to enable secure and scalable technology solutions.
• Contributing to the protection of emerging technologies, including AI-driven initiatives, ensuring innovation is delivered securely and responsibly.
• Partnering with teams across different countries and functions to advance Cyber Security maturity, improve resilience, and support the organization's digital transformation journey.

Requirements to participate in the process:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to Application Security and Secure Software Development.
• Experience working with secure development practices, vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including infrastructure and application security within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability for travel.
