The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in project management within an Agile Scrum environment, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include overseeing projects with budgets above $1M, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of software projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
• Ability to manage teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project budgets over $1M and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent in English with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
• Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
• Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
• Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Experience in managing project budgets over $1M and delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the SDLC.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and mindset.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
• PMP certification and CSM.
• Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
