Mondelēz Brasil is seeking an IL6S Manager to lead Integrated Systems across the Supply Chain, partnering with regional and global stakeholders. The role focuses on driving the IL6S agenda beyond manufacturing and building the pillar in the Brazil BU.

You will collaborate with plant leadership, benchmark best practices, and steer the roadmap with a governance framework to ensure value realization and continuous improvement.

You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
• Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
• Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
• Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

More about this role

We are looking for an IL6S Manager to lead Integrated Systems in Brazil, acting as a strategic partner to the Integrated Systems leaders at the plants. This position will be responsible for driving the IL6S agenda across Supply Chain and leading the implementation of Integrated Systems beyond Manufacturing, as well as leading the pillar build-up in the Brazil BU, connecting with regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and support the IL6S roadmap in Brazil

• Lead IL6S in areas beyond Manufacturing and lead pillar implementation in the Brazil BU

• Seek synergies across plants and deliver consolidated reports

• Lead regional and global alignments

• Co-lead Brazil’s digitalization plan together with the plants, connecting the Integrated Systems roadmap with the digitalization roadmap

• Ensure solid Integrated Systems governance in the Brazil BU

Key Requirements

• Experience with operational excellence program implementation such as TPM, WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Lean Six Sigma, IL6S, or similar in Manufacturing and other Supply Chain areas

• Ability to influence and work in partnership with senior leaders

• Experience in building business cases and managing capex

• Advanced English is mandatory; advanced Spanish is a plus

• Willingness to travel
