BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CTdoAgro is recruiting a Business Development Manager for CAC, a global company focused on crop protection innovation, technology integration and sustainable agricultural solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive business growth and portfolio expansion through new markets, partnerships and crop solutions for key crops
• Lead product development and go-to-market strategies for new launches
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support global portfolio decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the country strategy annual review

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Agronomic Engineering
• MBA on business management; Marketing or Commercial will be differential
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in crop protection marketing & commercial roles
• Strong portfolio management experience, including new product introduction and post-patent strategies
• Solid understanding of commercial, regulatory, development and supply interdependence
• Financial acumen related to pricing and product / portfolio strategy
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
• Basic technical knowledge of crop protection products
