Job summary

Grow-Talent.com in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Games Presenter Team Manager (Portuguese) to lead the Gaming studios on-site. The role focuses on coaching staff, enforcing policies, and driving learning and development aligned with KPIs, while fostering collaboration in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role, strong English skills (B2+), and a management background. Portuguese fluency is implied for daily operations in Brazil.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff through coaching and mentoring.

• Actively contribute to and support learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
• Ensure the delivery of all services aligns with the companys core values, policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Position: Games Presenter Team Manager

Remuneration: full package -Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and support to staff through coaching and mentoring
