micro1 is seeking a Game Designer / Gameplay Developer to support an AI data-training project. You will review robotic-arm action videos, identify actions, states and cause-and-effect relationships, and annotate content according to project guidelines.

Work can be done remotely with the project team; strong written English and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in annotation or AI-training projects is helpful. Hourly compensation ranges from US$50 to US$90.

• Strong systems thinking and understanding of actions, states and cause-and-effect relationships.
• Clear written communication in English and strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience with annotation, data review or AI-training projects is helpful.
