We are looking for a highly motivated and culturally aware Business Development Manager with fluency in Portuguese and English to join our international team. In this key role, you will drive client acquisition, build crucial partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth in the dynamic Brazilian FX market. If you excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments and have a strong network within the financial services sector, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement localized business development plans that align with regional goals.
  • Spot growth opportunities and tailor the company’s value proposition to suit partner requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing to develop and roll out targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Establish and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, including referral programs and training sessions.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date, and prepare weekly reports on performance.
  • Regularly communicate results, potential risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills; also proficient in English (B2 level).
  • At least two years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in digital finance, technology, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
