Qualificações

Functional Lead – CRM Dynamics 365 - Remote – an exciting opportunity to lead strategic CRM initiatives and drive high-impact global solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership across Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Translate business objectives into CRM capabilities, backlog items, and product improvements.
  • Lead Agile product governance, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery strategy.
  • Align product initiatives with the client's CRM roadmap, business KPIs, and long-term objectives.
  • Act as part of the Global CRM Core Team, shaping and communicating the product vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to define business goals and high-level roadmaps.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, adoption, and user experience to define enhancements.
  • Guide and support Business Analysts and development teams throughout execution.
  • Coordinate and lead CRM solution design tailored to organizational needs and value drivers.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting best practices in CRM strategy, features, and impact on business outcomes.
  • Lead CRM implementation projects, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and project teams.
  • Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and elevate when needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in an international and multicultural environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting, Product Owner, or Product Management roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into CRM solutions with measurable value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Solid experience working in Agile environments.
  • Background in international and multicultural organizations.
  • Experience in project planning, requirement analysis, and product roadmap definition.
  • Advanced English for global communication.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CRM consulting is a plus.
