BairesDev is hiring a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join our remote engineering team. You’ll own features end to end, build Python services, and implement frontend UI with React and TypeScript, balancing backend and frontend work roughly 70/30.

We value hands-on experience shipping production services, strong English communication, and the ability to work PST hours. Remote setup and competitive USD compensation are provided.

Fullstack Python + React Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You'll own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you're genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack.

What You'll Do:

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.

What we are looking for:

• Hands‑on LLM integration experience, such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or RAG.
