We're looking for a full-stack developer who's excited about building new things and using AI to move faster.

This is a full-time role where you'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to expand the feature set and help improve the developer experience.

You'll be building end-to-end : from scoping features to shipping production code.

You'll have real ownership over the tech you build.

The project on which you'll be working is an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM.

The platform has been refactored and the next step is growth.

You'll work on adding new, AI-first, end-to-end features and refactoring legacy backend code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Advanced English skills- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficient with React / Typescript, PHP, MySQL, and AWS
• Comfortable and curious using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to assist your workflow
• Solid experience building and shipping SaaS products
• Startup mindset : you're self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams.
