BairesDev is seeking a Full-Stack .NET Technical Lead to guide a global tax client platform. You will be the day-to-day technical point of contact, unblock engineers, review designs, and shape the platform's architecture.

This role requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, and Azure, with CI/CD and containerization. Work 100% remotely with competitive USD or local currency, flexible hours, and a collaborative, mentor-driven environment.

Full-Stack .NET Technical Lead at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be the day-to-day technical point of contact for a global tax client‑experience platform, unblocking engineers against established architecture and patterns while representing the squad's work in cross‑team forums. Built as a React micro‑frontend shell with containerized ASP.NET Core microservices on Azure, this platform combines modern frontend architecture with cloud‑native backend services. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core microservices.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure.
• Proven experience with system design and architecture review.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture, including Module Federation.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Background with CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion.
• Experience with Entra ID, OAuth2, or JWT.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with Azure Container Apps.
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
