Job summary

FullStack is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients.

You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver production-grade applications. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a four-year degree, advanced English, and strong back-end and API development skills with Java/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience developing production applications using Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend application and service development.
• Proven experience working with Hibernate and object-relational mapping.
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, and data management.
• Experience designing and developing reliable backend services and APIs.
• Knowledgeable in React, and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean, maintainable code.
• Practical experience troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and maintaining production applications.
• Experience with JPA, and JSF is a nice to have.
• Comfortable collaborating with other engineers and contributing across backend and full-stack development when required.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsibilities

• Join client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Contribute across backend and full-stack development as needed.
• Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments.
• Develop production-grade services and APIs with Java/Spring Boot.
