A leading software development firm in Brazil is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape a cloud-based life insurance platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with dual teams to enhance product development and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive software development experience, particularly with React and NodeJS, and a degree in Computer Science. This position supports professional growth with flexible work options including remote arrangements.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code, ideally on core software product development.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and cloud services (AWS).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and TDD.
• Strong English communication and ability to work across time zones.

About the role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.

Required qualifications

• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, XML, JSON)
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours
• Upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have

• Experience developing production code using Typescript
• Familiarity with Orchestration Platforms
