Alexander Chapman is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own product development end-to-end in an AI-native environment. This role emphasizes ownership from ideation to launch with strong customer interaction and rapid iteration.

You'll work with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React and TypeScript to build scalable backend services on GCP, lead architectural decisions, and mentor peers as the startup shapes its engineering culture while scaling rapidly.

Qualificações

• 2-6 years of full-stack engineering experience with ownership of products or major features.
• Strong frontend and backend experience, including Python, React, TypeScript, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent product instincts and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Deep experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code and AI workflows.

I'm working with a YC-backed startup building the operating system for creator commerce. Their platform helps brands and creators manage and scale social commerce programs across channels like TikTok Shop, with plans to become the infrastructure layer powering creator marketing across all major commerce platforms. They're already working with major consumer brands and are scaling rapidly.

This Senior Full Stack Engineer will own product development end-to-end while helping define engineering standards in an AI-native development environment.

Candidates should have exceptional product instincts and be comfortable operating in ambiguity. Deep experience with AI-assisted development tools—particularly Claude Code, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-driven software development—is a core requirement.
