The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, integrating workflows into broader architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have AWS certifications and proficiency in Python-based development, ensuring high code quality. English and Spanish language skills are required, along with familiarity in using GitLab and Jira for project management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
• Integrate Databricks workflows into broader application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
• Implement application features using AWS services and Python.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across data and application layers.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to agile ceremonies.

Conhecimentos

Databricks experience, including project or engagement

Proficient in data engineering workflows, notebooks, and Spark-based processing within Databricks

AWS Full Stack Development experience

AWS Certified (Foundational or Associate level)

Hands‑on with EC2, Lambda, S3, and Python-based development

Experience building and deploying applications on AWS

Familiarity with GitLab for version control

Experience with Jira for agile project tracking
