About the Job

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing modern web applications, working across both front-end and back-end to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. You’ll take a lead in architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in agile processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and project advancement.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, encouraging best practices and standardization across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in front-end web/mobile application development (e.g. React, NextJS, CSS, Tailwind). Must have React OR Angular experience.
• SQL Server familiarity.
• Knowledge of REST API, and GraphQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a full stack development role.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to adopting new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices to ensure application integrity.
