Responsibilities
- May include some or all of the following tasks;
- Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding - Update our Digital Inventory of Institutional Sessions and Courses - Conduct data entry, registration, and enrollment activities for school district accounts
- Add new courses to digital inventory and provide ongoing maintenance of this inventory
- Set up sessions in catalog based on client (school system or parent) or course requirements following checklists and documented processes
- Assign Tutors to Tutoring Sessions - Match students with experts for one‑on‑one instruction and classes, following document processes and checklists
- Contact clients to discuss placement requirements, pitch specific tutors, negotiate scheduling and rates.
- Support Institutional and Course Schedule Changes - Partner with parents to identify and assess student's needs to implement the appropriate tutoring support
- Audit tutoring sessions to determine compliance with individual school requirements
- Manage course participants, cancellations, and credits
- Schedule meeting links for courses when necessary
- Other work as directed
Qualifications
- Level B2 English proficiency
- Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes (catalog or account updates, inventory management, scheduling)
- Experience with Google, Slack, Twilio and Zendesk are preferred but not required
- Professional experience in recruiting, education, customer service, retail, or another fast‑paced environment preferred or a bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable performing all job responsibilities on a laptop or computer
- Able to perform basic technical troubleshooting with work equipment
- Highly adaptable to change and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving on case‑by‑case basis
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn business practices, policies and procedures.
- Ability to work full‑time 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends required based on available shifts (shifts to be adjusted seasonally based on demand if needed).
- High‑speed Internet access (25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) via wired ethernet connection; no Wi‑Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
- A quiet work environment that promotes focus
Operating day is from 8 : 00am - 8 : 00pm CDT.
