Requirements :

• Experience as an illustrator and able to meet deadlines

• Can create layered PSD files that are easy for clients to use
• Understands line work, color, shading, and character design
• Can follow a brief and match a style guide
• Can deliver consistent work every week
• Can fix and re‑upload files when feedback is given
• Knows how to organize files and name layers correctly
• Can create illustrations that are original and not copied from other artists
• Comfortable producing simple, medium, and detailed artwork depending on the project
