As a Fragrance Development Manager, drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients' brands.

With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Fine Fragrance evaluation, you'll be a close partner to our perfumers, you'll shape olfactive & development strategies and you'll anticipate business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Win / Defend business profitably by leading pro-active and reactive fragrance development projects of major size & strategic importance.
  • Identify business opportunities.
  • Lead & coordinate fragrance development network by bringing vision, strategy and focus and communicating efficiently internally and externally.
  • Define, drive, implement and follow-up relevant action plans mobilizing FDMs, perfumers and any other relevant functions.
  • Support sales effort, interacting with clients on weekly basis, at any level of management, building strategic working relationships, delivering impactful presentations to clients and acting as an olfactive advisor when required.
