Coty Brasil is seeking an FP&A Coordinator – Business Partner to support strategic decision-making and governance across the Consumer Beauty unit in Brazil. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses, partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply teams to drive profitable outcomes.

The role involves financial governance, data quality, and preparing executive-level insights for senior management, with a hybrid work model combining in-office and remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate end-to-end P&L planning for Consumer Beauty Brazil, including Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan.
• Lead financial analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast, explaining variances by category and customer.
• Validate closing results (BMI) for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Manage and analyze COGS with intercompany transactions alongside Supply Chain and Global Finance.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams to support decisions.
• Govern A&CP with proper phasing, accruals, and alignment with initiatives.
• Represent Finance in the S&OP process, assessing volume, mix and profitability impacts.
• Develop financial scenario simulations to support strategic/tactical decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations with insights, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, controls, and compliance with Coty policies and FP&A standards.
• Coordinate, develop, and coach the FP&A analyst team to foster strong business partnering.

The FP&A Coordinator – Business Partner role at Coty Brazil plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving performance management across the Consumer Beauty busin.

Responsabilities & Du

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end P&L planning for Consumer Beauty Brazil, including Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan.
• Lead financial analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast (up to C2), providing clear explanations of key variances by category and customer.
• Validate financial closing results (BMI), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guide lines.
• Manage and analyze COGS, including intercompany transactions, in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Global Finance teams.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Marketing, and Supply teams, supporting decision-making with a top-down, value-focused perspective.
• Lead financial governance of A&CP, ensuring correct phasing, accruals, and alignment with commercial initiatives.
• Represent Finance in the S&OP process, providing the financial view on volume, mix, and profitability impacts.
• Develop financial scenario simulations (volume, price, mix, investments) to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations with insights, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
• Ensure data quality, financial controls, and compliance with Coty policies and global FP&A standards.
• Coordinate, develop, and coach the FP&A analyst team, fostering a strong business-partnering mimindset.
