Qualificações

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles in collaboration with business units and hotels.


• Prepare and present variance analyses (budget vs. actuals), identifying the root causes of deviations and proposing action plans.


• Develop and maintain financial models for projecting revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.


• Produce management reports and performance dashboards featuring financial and operational KPIs for executive leadership and the board.


• Support strategic decision-making, including project feasibility assessments, business cases, CapEx investment evaluations, and M&A scenarios when applicable.


• Act as a business partner to the commercial planning, marketplace, and loyalty teams, translating data into practical recommendations.


• Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A analysts within the shared services center (SSC), reviewing the quality of deliverables before they are submitted to executive leadership.


• Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and data governance through automation, BI, and systems integration.


• Ensure compliance with the company’s month-end closing deadlines and budgeting calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.


• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or financial consulting, including prior experience in more junior positions within the function.


• Experience leading or mentoring analysts is preferred.


• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex functions.


• Google Sheets.


• Business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or similar.


• Knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage.


• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and/or TOTVS.


• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, income statements (P&L), cash flow, and financial metrics.


• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
