AgileEngine is seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to own a new iOS product from inception. You will drive greenfield development, translating product needs into engineering tasks and architectural decisions as the sole engineer on the project.

You will build the product with Flutter while gaining familiarity with iOS and low-level tech, supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code for quality, and contribute to build and delivery workflows as needed.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD, when product needs require it.
