A Support-as-a-Service company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional support in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via multiple channels and maintaining product knowledge. Candidates should have excellent English skills and at least 1 year of experience in customer support. This position offers a fixed schedule, benefits, and full remote work opportunity.

Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm GMT
Short-term cooperation (4 months)

Qualificações

  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information securely.

What you will do:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and calls
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting‑edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year experience in customer support role
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
  • Experience with CRM systems
