What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support and coach a cohort of scholars through hybrid, virtual, and in-person programming to secure junior-year internships in the Fintech ecosystem
  • Evaluate and track scholar success using internal rubrics and roadmaps tailored to various career paths
  • Collect, track, and manage data relevant to student performance, reporting findings to the team and stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee systems for student support grounded in best practices for coaching and cohort development
  • Manage and develop scholar relationships to enhance retention and success throughout their program lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Financial Technology, or Data Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the Fintech sector or related technology roles in Financial Services
  • Understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, including payment rails, core banking systems, and blockchain technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data for decision-making
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor communications for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience designing feedback loops and protocols for job performance improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to align programs with multiple stakeholder needs
  • Familiarity with data tracking systems and strong Excel skills
