Position overview:

As a Financial Specialist, you will play a key role within the company, overseeing various financial activities and contributing significantly to its financial health and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements.
  • Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices.
  • Support the bill payment process, ensuring timely payments in accordance with financial policies.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow.
  • Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and financial performance based on office needs.
  • Provide financial support and insights to front office areas.
  • Define and monitor goals for teams and individuals to improve performance, aligning with costs.
  • Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets to ensure financial control.
  • Analyze accounting documents and link them to financial analyses for insights and improvements.
  • Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
