What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement training programs for new financial staff
- Conduct routine audits to identify areas for additional training needs
- Serve as a knowledge expert on budget and grant management
- Train staff on financial document review and approval processes
- Assist in compliance with award guidelines and funding policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of budget management and grant administration
- Ability to conduct training and develop training materials
- Experience in performing audit functions and financial analysis
