What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team! The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for all financial reporting within the Finance Department and for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position ensures processes are efficient and accurate for preparation of financial reporting.

On a typical day, you might:

• Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of all financial reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other teams to obtain financial data for reports, as needed.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare written and oral reports on findings.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business and three (3) years of experience in accounting and developing/preparing financial reports;

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and one (1) year of experience in accounting and developing/preparing financial reports;

OR

• Equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
• Four (4) years of experience working with a health plan or other managed care entity or behavioral health services provider or hospital or experience with governmental accounting.
