Responsibilities

• Control all finance activities and report directly to the Director of the Software Development area.
• Manage labor costs for team members across Brazil, the US, and India, including contractors.
• Consolidate monthly P&L for the different projects.
• Interact with international team members to validate timesheet reports and expenses.
• Update daily finance control tools with actuals and forecasts.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English to interact daily with Brazil, US, and India teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency: data organization, Power Query, dashboards, and complex formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
• Advanced knowledge in finance and cost control.
• Fast learner capable of quickly absorbing internal processes.
• Proactive in improving financial controls and processes within the Software Development area.
• Highly organized, managing multiple reports and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple cost centers and project codes simultaneously.
