Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize financial and operational dashboards in Tableau.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, business unit profitability reports, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide the CFO with ongoing financial analysis and forecasting support, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce business intelligence (BI) and profitability reports segmented by customer, department, and other performance drivers.
  • Integrate and validate data from Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Excel to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support the development of predictive and profitability models to guide strategic growth decisions.
  • Assist in the evolution of financial and data reporting infrastructure, supporting automation and improved data governance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and ETL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
  • English level: C1 or C2.
  • Fully remote position.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with organizations in the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Familiarity with broker-dealers, RIAs, or advisory practice operations.
  • Understanding of revenue models, compensation structures, or performance metrics used in financial advisory firms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks.
  • Time Zone: EST.
