As the Financials Analyst of Inflection Point LLC and affiliated entities, you will work on accounting and finance-related projects for the company and its clients.

An ideal Financials Analyst is a positive, hands‑on, self‑driven, detail‑oriented, responsive person with strong problem‑solving and communications skills.

This is a contractor position for the Inflection Point, not an employee role.

The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in local currency.

This is a fully remote position.

The Financial Analyst must be able to work between 8 / 9 am and 5 / 6 pm Pacific Time from Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the IP team and its clients.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for IP and its clients.
• Present recommendations to IP and its clients regarding financial objectives and policies.
• Work on bookkeeping and reporting for Inflection Point, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in Quickbooks online.
• Create standardized reporting packages for all clients.
• Train new staff as needed.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Excel financial modeling skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive and self‑motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented and curious.
• Capable of working directly with IP clients on their financial projects as required.
• Must own a newer model computer or newer and have reliable internet access.

PREFERENCES

• Minimum 1 year's experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.
