What will your job look like?

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Structure and maintain financial systems to support efficient and accurate planning.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders.
• Present financial outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively across the team to optimize performance.
• Invest in team development through training, guidance, and mentorship.
• Communicate goals, tasks, and organizational needs clearly and consistently.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with flexibility.
• Explore and implement GenAI tools and automation opportunities to improve financial workflows and reporting.

All you need

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting
• Preferred Master's degree or MBA
• 5+ years' experience in Financial analysis, planning, or reporting; with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
• Advanced office skills
• Advanced English Proficiency
