HockeyStack, Inc. is hiring a Finance Operations & Strategy Associate to support the Operations and Finance team.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll shape core processes and drive strategic initiatives across finance, operations, and GTM strategy in a fast-growing SaaS startup. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, build scalable systems, model ARR, and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing.

Your Mission

We’re hiring a Finance Operations & Strategy Associate to support our Operations and Finance team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll help run core processes, drive strategic initiatives, and directly shape how we scale. You’ll gain exposure across finance, operations, and GTM strategy, with a 360° view of how a high-growth SaaS startup operates.

This is a bootcamp for becoming a mini-COO, future operator, or founder someday.
