A multinational recruitment agency is seeking a Brazil Finance Manager to establish a full finance framework and ensure compliance with local regulations. Finance Infrastructure Setup
Build the full finance framework for the Brazil entity from 0 to 1, including financial policies, workflow standards, and accounting systems.
Ensure all financial operations comply with international standards and local regulatory requirements.
Government Liaison & Risk Control
Communicate proactively with local tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Handle tax filings, compliance reviews, and external audits.
Establish a financial risk monitoring and control system to mitigate cross-border tax and compliance risks.
Business Partnering & Strategy Support
Support daily business operations with financial insights across investment, cost control, and tax planning.
Lead budgeting, cash flow planning, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and support business goals.
Financial Reporting & Data Management
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and business analyses to headquarters and local management.
Ensure consistency of financial data with group reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation packages.
Financial Oversight & Optimization
Regularly report financial performance, risk updates, and improvement suggestions.
Execute financial tasks assigned by headquarters efficiently and with high quality.
5+ years of finance experience, with hands‑on finance management in Brazil; strong command of Chinese and English.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; familiarity with IFRS and cross‑border tax planning.
Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and ability to collaborate with local government agencies.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability, capable of driving business growth through financial insights.
Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
