Responsibilities include issuing invoices, collecting receivables, and managing financial documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, experience in finance, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.

Responsabilidades

  • Issuing invoices for equipment sales and services.
  • Collecting equipment sales receivables and updating statements.
  • Updating write-off sheets and sharing bank receipts.
  • Collecting purchase documents for payment arrangements.
  • Sharing invoices with financial specialists weekly.
  • Inputting expense invoices and related documents into ERP system.

Responsibilities
  • Issuing invoice for equipment sales, transportation, return, demonstration or repair purpose, based on sales contracts, agreements...
  • Collect equipment and parts sales receivables, update statement list to clients.
  • Receivable write-off sheet update to Accounting agent weekly? Bank receipts identification share to China team every Friday.
  • Collect all purchase documents to China team to arrange payment, including purchasing, warehouse rent and importation expenses (advance payment to clearance agent, FedEx, DHL import tax Bill...).
  • Share all invoices weekly to Financial specialist, including equipment related invoices and all suppliers invoices and expense invoices such as credit card spendings.
  • Input all expense invoices, purchasing invoices, equipment related invoices into ERP system before 2nd duty day of the following month (third party’s booking deadline).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in written English.
