Alfa Laval is seeking a Field Service Manager in São Paulo to lead and develop the Field Service organization, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will guide a team of Field Service Engineers, mentor talent, and implement service strategies across Brazil.
You bring at least 5 years in service management, strong leadership and change-management skills, and the ability to navigate multinational, matrix environments.

You are a customer-focused and results-driven leader with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence. You have strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to influence and engage teams across different locations and functions. You are comfortable managing change, improving processes, and balancing customer needs with business objectives. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education. Additional qualifications in Leadership, Business Management, Service Management, or Project Management are considered a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Management, Field Service Operations, Maintenance Management, or Industrial Services. Proven experience leading technical service teams and field-based engineers. Experience managing customer-facing service operations within industrial or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, cost centers, and financial performance. Experience establishing and monitoring operational KPIs and driving performance improvements. Proven track record in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and efficiency initiatives. Experience with change management and organizational development is highly desirable. Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations is considered a strong advance spanish is a plus.
