• Maintain accurate event documentation and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of proven experience managing on-site production for live events or similar
• Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification; OSHA 10 certification required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
