Join our dynamic Marketing team to take our Spanish Speaking Latam marketing strategy to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and owns the marketing strategy and execution for Spanish Speaking Latam, working closely with the global marketing team and local sales to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
  • Manages all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
  • Owns the Latin America website, continuously improving local content to increase traffic and improve lead conversions.
  • Owns the event marketing program calendars, organizing Insider events and industry events, managing all aspects from speakers recruitment to logistics.
  • Creates locally relevant assets to aid sales and campaigns — case studies, whitepapers, guides.
  • Works closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business.
  • Good knowledge of the digital space.
  • Experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Experience with webinar tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent event planning and execution skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to maintain it.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
