Responsabilidades

• Fabricar e reparar matrizes para produção.
• Realizar manutenções utilizando ferramentas manuais e máquinas.
• Fazer reparos durante a operação das matrizes.

Conhecimento em Solda TIG, Elétrica, MIG e MAG

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Job Description

Fabricate and / or repair dies for production, including performing required welding operations.

Read blueprints to perform due repair / fabrication.

Perform die repair, using mills, lathes and grinders as well as hand tools.

Make in-press repairs of dies / tooling.

Die tryouts as required.

Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, to repair / fabricate dies.

Drive a hi-lo and / or operate overhead crane to transport dies as well as other heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Formação técnica em Ferramentaria ou Matrizaria
• Habilidade com ferramentas manuais, para ajustes em ferramentas de injeção;
• Conhecimento em usinagem de máquinas convencionais e CNC;
• Conhecimento em injeção de polímeros e tryout de ferramentas;
• Conhecimento em Solda TIG, Elétrica, MIG e MAG;
• Conhecimento no pacote office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc);
• Conhecimento em interpretação de desenhos e análise de solução de problemas;
• Ter disponibilidade total de horário, para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a necessidade.

Desirable

• Treinamento em NR11;
• Experiência em processos de injeção de polímeros;
• Habilidade manual para ajustes em ferramentas de injeção;
• Experiência em trabalhos com Moldes de Injeção.
