Capgemini is seeking a creative Print & Design Specialist to join the marketing team. You will design engaging print and digital materials, ensuring a consistent brand look while collaborating with designers and partners on a variety of projects.

You will manage multiple design tasks, follow brand guidelines, and contribute to marketing initiatives across channels. English fluency and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite are required. Remote and/or office-based work arrangements are available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print & Design Specialist to join our marketing team. You'll collaborate with fellow designers and marketing partners to create engaging print and digital materials, bringing ideas to life while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, ads, social media graphics, email assets, signage, and presentations

• Manage multiple design projects while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work

Requirements

• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Fluent English proficiency
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including academic, freelance, internship, or professional projects
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and translate creative direction into effective designs
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow
