Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive track record of driving revenue growth in life insurance and fostering strong customer and agent relationships.
- Proven track record in launching and leading customer programs in the insurance market.
- Hands‑on experience in brand management, particularly in driving awareness and consideration via search, display, and social.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, lead generation, cross‑sell, and retention strategies.
- Expertise in consumer segmentation, targeted value propositions, and personalized messaging.
- Fluent in English (it will be tested).
