We count on you for:
  • Marketing Leadership: Define and lead the overall marketing strategy for life insurance distribution, ensuring brand consistency and coordination across all channels.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute acquisition, cross‑sell, and retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Customer Segmentation: Build segment‑specific strategies, including value propositions, service levels, and product offerings tailored to life insurance customers.
  • Marketing Mix Optimization: Blend traditional marketing with search, display, and social media to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Lifecycle Programs: Design and implement consumer initiatives.
  • Program Execution: Manage campaigns, marketing calendars, and communication strategies in partnership with distribution and sales units.
  • Market Insights: Lead research, analyze trends, pricing, and customer needs, and leverage analytics for decision‑making.
  • Business Management: Oversee budget planning, risk management, brand compliance, and vendor relationships.
  • Talent Development: Build and manage a high‑performing team, ensuring retention and performance excellence.
  • Sales & Distribution Support: Provide clear communication of policies, conditions, and product messaging to agents and distribution partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Extensive track record of driving revenue growth in life insurance and fostering strong customer and agent relationships.
  • Proven track record in launching and leading customer programs in the insurance market.
  • Hands‑on experience in brand management, particularly in driving awareness and consideration via search, display, and social.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, lead generation, cross‑sell, and retention strategies.
  • Expertise in consumer segmentation, targeted value propositions, and personalized messaging.
  • Fluent in English (it will be tested).
