Facilities Manager - Financial portfolio

As our new Facilities Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of approximately 50 retail branches and ATMs, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for a polished professional with facilities management experience specifically within the financial services industry, ideally someone who has managed bank branches or similar financial institutions, with a knack for innovative solutions and a drive to excel.

This remote position requires you to be based in Texas, with travel up to 20% primarily to Louisiana and throughout Texas.

Here is some of your day as a Facilities Manager:
  • Oversee operations, staffing, performance, and service delivery to client locations in collaboration with the Regional Facilities Manager
  • Ensure client satisfaction through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity; manage feedback and conduct relationship meetings
  • Perform site inspections, assist with budgets, and support short and long-term projects
  • Develop and implement the annual management plan; achieve key performance indicators
  • Assist with reporting and maximize utilization of suppliers, including M/WBE
  • Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, asset maintenance, and work order completion
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and legal standards; implement portfolio-wide initiatives
  • Share best practices and assist with annual management and capital plans
  • Develop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Coordinate with vendors, monitor customer satisfaction, and collaborate on sourcing opportunities
Here is who we are looking for:
Required
  • 5+ years of facility management experience in a Facilities Manager or above role, within the IFM financial services industry
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, coupled with strong problem‑solving abilities and polished presentation skills.
Preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree or above in Facilities Management

Pay $85,000-105,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on‑call 24/7 for emergency responses

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
