We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations Manager, to act as an Individual Contributor, for the Brazil External Fulfillment (EF) team to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven self-starter with proven leadership experience who can help measure and optimize business operations while influencing strategic decision‑making. This role will be crucial in developing business cadences, evolving forecasting models, and translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations in a rapidly growing environment. This is not a people manager role.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and scalable solutions. This is an individual contributor role that will report to Head of External Fulfilment Leader in BR.
