Ciklum in Brazil is seeking an Expert DevOps Engineer to join our cross-functional team on advanced cloud infrastructure projects. You will play a key role building AWS-based systems, deploying IaC, and shaping the architecture for secure, scalable platforms.

You will work with OpenTofu, Terramate and related tooling to drive automation, policy enforcement and platform reliability across AI-enabled cloud infrastructure. Strong emphasis on scalable, secure and performant design.

Qualificações

• Hands-on AWS infrastructure builder from the ground up
• OpenTofu experience for infra-as-code
• Leads architecture development across business, infra and function areas
• Ensures tools, methods, standards are applied in architecture
• Advises on technical aspects of solution development and integration
• Guides requirements, release management and scoping for large initiatives
• Understands paradigms like SOLID, GRASP, TDD and DDD

• Modernize and build out AI-enabled cloud infrastructure on AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary)
• Architect and implement agentic-platform infrastructure

• Develop centralized policy and access governance planes

About the role:

As an Expert DevOps Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• A talentto help modernize and build out our AI-enabled cloud infrastructure, with AWS as primary and Azure as secondary
• Specifically, we're looking for people with hands-on experience architecting and building
• SDN micro-segmentation, including controls to contain or isolate rogue agent behavior
• Centralized policy/control planes for governing agent access and actions
• Infrastructure-as-Code (OpenTofu/Terramate, Ansible, GitHub Actions, etc.) driving all of the above
• This isn't general cloud engineering, we need people who've actually built this kind of agentic-platform infrastructure before, not just traditional cloud architecture

Requirements:

• Hands-on Platform Engineer for building Amazon Web Services infrastructure from the ground up
• Experience with OpenTofu
• Leads the development of systems architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas
• Ensures that appropriate tools and methods are available, understood and employed in architecture development
• Provides advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration
• Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied
• Software Design:
• Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques
• Undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade-offs
• Contributes to the development of systems design policies and standards and selection of architecture components
• Comprehensive understanding of paradigms, principles, and methodologies such as SOLID, GRASP, TDD, and DDD
• Strong foundation in designing solutions that adhere to development standards focused on the most prominent qualities such as operation excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability
• Requirements and release management:
• Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large/complex initiatives
• Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
