We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Public Sector team and shape the future of maritime intelligence. In this role, you’ll take products from vision to reality – leading discovery, validation, proof of concept, and full-scale product development.

As a Product Manager at Windward, you’ll be part of a dynamic product organization, own a strategic value stream, and drive end-to-end delivery – from roadmap definition through customer adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Marketing, and Forward Development Engineers (FDEs) to deliver products that empower governments and defense organizations worldwide. This position reports to the Director of Product Management, leading the Public Sector offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead product exploration based on customer insights, market feedback, and company strategy.
• Engage with global customers and prospects to validate new product ideas and refine the roadmap.
• Define impactful features and tools that maximize customer value and adoption.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering to translate needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Support Go-To-Market activities, including enablement, documentation, and messaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience (B2G/B2B), with a proven track record in public sector products (governments, militaries, or intelligence agencies) – a must.
• Proven track record of leading products from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Strong experience engaging with senior decision makers in intelligence or naval organizations.
• Technical orientation or background (engineering, intelligence systems, or data analytics) – an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
