Executive Recruiter (Fluent English – C1/C2) | 100% Remote | U.S. Market

Blue Dot BPO connects strategic LATAM talent with mission-critical operations at U.S.-based companies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact executive hiring processes while working directly with senior leadership teams in the United States.

This is a fully remote role with a high level of autonomy, international exposure, and end-to-end ownership of executive recruiting processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for senior and leadership roles
  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies and market mapping
  • Conduct structured interviews and in-depth candidate assessments
  • Manage strategic pipelines and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate interview processes with U.S.-based teams
  • Ensure operational excellence in ATS usage and recruitment data
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in executive recruiting / headhunting
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily professional communication
  • Hunter mindset, analytical thinking, and strong results orientation
  • Proficiency with Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards
  • Strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and high organizational standards
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in full-cycle executive recruiting
  • Familiarity with U.S. recruiting practices and market
Technical Requirements
  • Laptop with i7 processor (or equivalent) and 12GB+ RAM
  • Two monitors for daily operations
  • High-speed internet
  • Professional headset
  • Quiet and structured home office environment
