  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

Position Title: Executive Assistant – EOS Implementer Support
Location: Remote (Global)
Compensation: $1,250 USD during the first 3 months, then $1,500 USD/month fixed rate.
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible hours aligned with client sessions

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support an EOS Implementer (EOSi) and their clients. You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes — ensuring every session, outreach effort, and client interaction runs smoothly and professionally.

You’ll handle logistics, CRM management, outreach, and light marketing support for an EOS Implementer who works directly with leadership teams running the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS).

Key Responsibilities

Session Preparation:

  • Coordinate logistics, book meeting rooms, organize travel, and confirm client session details.
  • Prepare digital and printed materials for EOS sessions (Quarterlies, Annuals, Focus Days).
  • Manage and update session prep templates, agendas, and follow‑up deliverables.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update the EOS CRM with leads, clients, and session data.
  • Track progress through the sales funnel (4–2–1 VTH process).

Business Development Support:

  • Assist the EOSi in executing outbound messaging on LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
  • Monitor lead activity and help book 90‑Minute Meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent outbound cadence and log all outreach metrics.

Marketing & Content Support:

  • Help manage and schedule social media content across platforms.
  • Assist with repurposing videos, posts, and EOS‑related educational materials.
  • Coordinate with design and content team members for branded deliverables.

General Executive Support:

  • Manage calendar, email coordination, and task prioritization for the EOSi.
  • Support ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • ✅ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • ✅ Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
  • ✅ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
