As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for assisting one of our leaders, managing agendas, dealing with the demands of the local team and supervising administrative tasks.

Your skills will contribute to better management of our business, as you will coordinate corporate travel, control costs, among other activities, ensuring perfect logistics and monitoring processes for regional and strategic meetings.

Your key responsibilities
  • Assistance of vice president of the region, manage agenda and administrative needs, as well as management of local demands for the entire team and leadership group, manage pending issues; define document routing; type and format documents; prepare invitations and summons, spreadsheets, and graphics; prepare presentations; transcribe texts.
  • Corporate travel planner (air / accommodation / transport), scheduling strategic agendas for events, and managing the logistics of international executives / visitors.
  • Responsible for third party management, supplier registration, creating purchase orders and good receipt invoices (SRM user)
  • Key person for cost control, replenishment of office / general supplies / market products.
  • Preparation of minutes at regional and strategic meetings, gathering information, to-do and pending lists, creating, and maintaining an updated database; demand actions, responses, reports; control schedules, deadlines; direct information; monitor processes; reproduce documents.
You Bring
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Spanish will be a plus.
