A leading consulting firm in São Paulo is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to Partners and cover during absences. The role involves managing complex travel arrangements, prioritizing a busy inbox, and working with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, proven organizational skills, and a proactive approach. This is a dynamic role that offers extensive networking opportunities within a large, professional environment.
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
As a Executive Assistant you will provide seamless desk cover for Executive Assistants (EAs), who primarily support Partners within this large professional services organization, during the times when EAs are out of the office for holidays, illness, events, etc. The role is based in São Paulo.
You will work on complex daily management across multiple time zones at a senior level. You will be responsible for the planning and management of complex travel arrangements and itineraries, for very busy diaries, with an awareness of Partner priorities. You will prioritize and navigate a busy inbox, responding in a timely manner. You will produce and proofread high-quality correspondence, documents, packs and presentations, when required. You will be responsible for screening and dealing with calls and correspondence proactively, responsibly and professionally. You will work on developing strong relationships quickly with Partners, EA colleagues and other firm members, as well as liaising with clients, teams and other contacts effectively and efficiently. You may work on ad hoc project work, client events, internal conferences, depending on Partners' needs.
Your work will help the firm in business continuity, by providing support to Partners when the primary assistant is absent.
This is an exciting role within the EA team, offering a wide range of variety and opportunities to build your network whilst gaining knowledge of the firm. Some EAs providing 'relief cover' will remain in this role long term whereas others will move to a fixed desk role (often working with Partners where they provided cover) as the Relief EA team is used as our internal recruiting pool.
