A consulting firm in Minas Gerais is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, be proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, in-person position with a negotiable salary based on experience.
Job description Must provide multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure the executive's effective use of his time and seamless and productive interaction with staff and business partners.
The executive assistant's duties and responsibilities include: managing the executive's schedule, meeting preparation and coordination, complex travel arrangements, record maintenance, research and information gathering, follow-up tasks, and preparation of summaries and reports.
A successful candidate must be proactive and open to learning, able to handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people.
Professional English and excellent communication skills are required.
The candidate will be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant must develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization, use utmost discretion and judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
The candidate is required to work independently, with little or no supervision, yet able to collaborate with others.
Full‑time, in-person, salary negotiable based on experience.
